What To Expect

Our therapy groups cultivate an environment of belonging and connection for our clients to work toward their goals. Groups provide a healthy place to give and receive peer feedback and support from others who share similar experiences.

Groups typically meet weekly for for six (6) weeks. Each session is 60-90 minutes.

Our groups address a wide range of issues and needs, including but not limited to:

  • Specific skills (ex. communication, conflict resolution)

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

Rate per Group Session... $65.00

$195.00 deposit required - deposit will be applied to the final 3 groups

Wild North Counseling clinicians accept Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare and Optum insurance.

If you would prefer to use insurance that we are not in-network with, we are happy to provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
